My overall health was terrible after I came home from college. My eating habits were bad and I had high blood pressure, which was not ideal in my early 20’s.  I struggled figuring out the best way to approach nutrition and working out that would allow me to stay consistent with it.

I signed up for coaching to get back in great shape and the team at SimFlex Coaching immediately came up with a plan for me to make it happen. Working with Patrick was an amazing experience. He got me in the best shape of my life. I look and feel better than I did when I played college basketball.
